Who controls your data
Soft Solutions Sp. z o.o., Bulońska 18A / 12, 80-288 Gdańsk, Poland, runs QAgents and is the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy questions: kontakt@softsolutions.com.pl.
This website
qagents.app sends page-view analytics to PostHog (EU). It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser; autocapture and session recording are off. The page address, referrer, browser, device, IP address and approximate region may be processed to count the visit. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes standard connection and security data.
The QAgents app
When you use the app at app.qagents.app we process:
- your account: name, email address, password hash, and your Organization and its Members;
- what you give it about your Projects: addresses, specs, connected code repositories, and Credentials, which are stored encrypted;
- what testing produces: Test Cases, Runs and their Evidence (screenshots, session recordings, network logs), which may contain whatever your web app shows. Credential values are scrubbed from Evidence;
- emails sent to Test Case Inboxes;
- usage for cost accounting, and page-view and error analytics.
Purpose and legal basis
We process app data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract), and analytics and security data in our legitimate interest in running and improving it.
Recipients
Cloudflare hosts the app and its data and runs the browsers. AI model providers receive page content, Test Cases and specs to plan and run tests. PostHog provides analytics. GitHub is used only if you connect a repository. They process data on our behalf, with legally recognised safeguards for any transfer outside the EEA.
Retention
Evidence and Inbox emails are deleted after 30 days. Account and Project data are kept while your account exists and deleted when you ask us to close it, except where the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and complain to the Polish data-protection authority (Prezes UODO).
